Warranty & insurance on every watch
Every watch sold by KettleClub is covered by our own warranty and is fully insured in transit, so you are protected from the moment you order until long after it arrives.
Your warranty
Each watch comes with a 12-month KettleClub warranty covering the movement and mechanical function under normal use. (Please confirm the exact warranty period shown on your invoice.)
- Covered: mechanical or movement faults that occur during normal everyday use.
- Not covered: water damage, accidental or impact damage, fair wear to the strap or bracelet, quartz batteries, and any fault caused by servicing or modification carried out elsewhere.
To make a claim, simply contact us and we will arrange collection and assessment of your watch.
Fully insured shipping
All watches are shipped fully insured to their full value, door to door, using a tracked and signature-required service. Your watch is protected against loss or damage in transit at no extra cost to you. For higher-value pieces we may arrange a specialist secure courier.
